If your product was damaged during shipping, is defective, or if there is an error in your order, we will take the appropriate steps to make it right.  Do not retrun anything without contacting us first .  Our customer service reps are standing by to assist you and correct any issue quickly and get you the correct item.

If you are returning the item for a refund, please contact us for an RMA number. The package must be returned to the address we provide during the RMA procedure.

A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all website orders returned for refund.

 

You will need to get an RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization) from us before you send back your product for refund or exchange.

 There are only 2 steps to return a product to us

 

  1. Contact us here to notify us that you are returning the product and obtain a RMA number
  2. Send the product back in original condition with the RMA number written on a letter describing the return INSIDE the box
    (Do NOT write the RMA# on the outside of the box.)

No returns will be accepted, exchanged or refunded without a RMA#
Software, Books and DVDs will not be accepted for refund, return or exchange
